Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom) USP 1.25kg bag is the traditional bath salts. Epsom Salts are a cheaper alternative to magnesium flakes, but not as easily absorbed, so therefore not as effective in reducing muscle soreness. I tend to mix the two salts together in a bath.
